It is NOT St “Patty’s” Day!!! It is St PADDY’S day!!! Patty is a nickname for Patricia and Paddy is short for Patrick (actually Padraig).
(Pet peeve - sorry)

I’ve been listening since I got to work…lots of trad with a little Van Morrison, U2 and Enya thrown in. More Irish Trad though…it’s AWESOME! I’ve written Sirius for a number of years complaining about their St. Paddy’s day line up..and they have FINALLY COME THROUGH!
Another great option is Marc Gunn’s ITunes Celtic Podcast. Great music there too!
Get yer GREEN ON!!!

The only reason I have never gotten Sirius is becuase of its lack of an Irish station.
Well..hopefully they will take heed and get with the program!! I have written several emails requesting an all Irish channel. I think there is plenty of music out there. Yesterday was a riot…they played lots of great tunes! It was a great day for sure!
Hope you had a great St. Paddy’s day!
