I have simplified the design of my Delrin Rover, the Phantom, and reduced the price to C$149 from C$205. The new whistle has a slightly larger diameter (1.5 mm bigger than a wooden Rover) and no brass decoration. This speeds up the construction a fair bit because I don’t have to reduce the diameter of the Delrin to the size of the brass I use. The Delrin slides are machined, rather than glued on.
