Description:
It is our introductory model, but the sound and feel is fantastic. This whistle is very durable and rugged. You can take it anywhere with you and not worry too much about the finish or anything breaking. It is also a great all weather whistle. The body is PVC, with a molded plastic mouthpiece, so it isn’t affected my temperature and humidity like wooden or metal whistles. The mouthpiece is removable, and tunable which allows you to slightly adjust the tuning, and to turn the mouthpiece towards you if you are playing in the wind. We designed this whistle to be the most versatile, affordable, rugged, yet high quality and great sounding whistle ever.

Features:

  • All Man Made materials that are impervious to temperature and humidity
  • Key of D - Plays a D Major Scale over 2+ Octaves (most common key for Irish music
  • Will not clog easily (moisture doesn’t build up in the wind way)
  • Tunable
  • Hand Made and Hand Tuned to Concert Pitch A440 at 68ᴼ F
  • Finish is a silky smooth polish
  • Measures 12" in length

Wow… so it’s EVEN BETTER than the Walton’s little black?

not sure if that’s sarcasm… but… (IMHO) it doesn’t take much to be better than Walton’s little black… that’s a nice toy, but I’ve never enjoyed playing one. I just used it as a baseline to show why getting a better whistle can make you feel like a better whistle player right off the bat.
