Hi Gents and Ladies----Thought I would let you know of my new website for Becker Whistles.
It just went live a couple of days ago. Hope all of the functions are active…
I have made a bunch of whistles this last year. There are several slide shows and videos
on the site and e-commerce pages. I did the site myself on Weebly Pro. Hope you like it!

I bought an Alto A from Mr. Becker. It was $12 plus $3.50 shipping. The whistle plays great, and it was in my mail box about three days after I sent payment. It is nice that items can still be made in America and sold at a great price. ![]()
Good luck with your whistles. ![]()
But do try to get samples of a competent player without a backing track.
I agree with the previous poster - sound samples are much better without background music.
Anyway, the prices are great and I just ordered a couple of whistles and should be able to sample them myself in a few weeks time when they have crawled across the pond! (it’s been taking everything from 6 days to 30 days for shipments from the US to here recently - it used to be more consistently at the lower range just six months ago).

Aesthetics aside, the bass line of the backing music nearly blew out my speakers. So be forewarned.
Very impressive improvement with your excellently communicative new web page, James. Very informative and easy to get around. The meticulous finish and added detail on your whistles seem to present even better value too, even without the new undercutting of the sound holes. That feature intrigues me in particular. I shall be sending you an order to add to my older Beckers.
Onward and upward … ![]()
Best wishes,

I got a Becker “practice” Low D two weeks ago from Mr. Becker. Paid just above 20 dollars including shipping and I am amazed at the quality, sound and intonation. It is not very loud, but it is a great whistle to play for yourself. Hat off to Mr. Becker for the quality of his instrument and for the honesty of his prices !
Just ordered a High D! Can’t wait to try it out!
omg i just got my becker low G, and i LOVE IT! perfect range for my ears, sounds wonderful, easy to play! the first-second octave switch is nice and easy. PLUS this thing looks indestructible!
my one question - the lowest G (is that what y’all call the “bell note”?) is SOOOOO beautiful in sound quality, and while the rest of the notes sound great, only that G hits that spot of perfection! i dunno, maybe it’s perfect chiff or the harmonics, i don’t know, but do you think it is more likely due to whistle construction or something i’m not doing right on every note besides that one?
My C and D arrived just now! Picked the package out of the mailbox as I came back from work. ![]()

website looks great, clear and easy to navigate. i think there is a good market for inexpensive whistles in a variety of keys. especially for worship music, it’s important to have whistles in at least 4-5 keys depending on who is leading and what key they choose.
blessings!
I cannot wait for my high D to arrive shouldn’t be much longer now, will order some in different keys and also maybe a low D, at these prices you are onto a winner
I received my high D whistle today. I am really pleased with it. The appearance and workmanship is much better than I expected for the price. The whistle I received is relatively quiet with just a hint of chiff. It is a very nice playing whistle and is perfectly tuned. I am going to order another in a different key. I have gotten rid of most of my inexpensive whistles but this one is a keeper. ![]()
I received mine last week and I am very happy with my whistle these whistles are fantastic for the price and I will be buying more from Mr Becker, I wish he sold Eb whistles, well made and a great price, thanx Mr Becker
