The Copley flute that Doc had on eBay came through the mail today.
My flute lessons start one week from today.
I want to thank Patrick (Doc) for all the trouble that he went to in an effort to see to it that I got the flute as quickly as possible.

It was my pleasure John. It’s a terrific flute. I hope it serves you well. Good luck with the lessons. I wish I lived a little closer to civilization so I could hook up with a teacher.
For now, Seamus Egan drops by my house pretty regularly for a private lesson (via my CD-Rom drive) Nice enough fellow but he never comments on my playing or answers my questions.
