Clarke Celtic Tin Whistle

I went to Clarke’s homepage after a link from this page last week, and read some about their different types of whistles (after my question about well reputated whistles). I came across a fairly cheap one called the Celtic tin whistles, which was green with a celtic knot (triquetra) on it and my heart melted!!!

I just love celtic knots and especially the ones which stand for the holy trinity, like the triskele and the triquetra. I ordered one online and got it today. And it had a very nice sound too!!! It has a clearer and better sound than my Sweetone (seems to be quite similar to it, though, in other ways) that i bought in Ennis. I’m very satisfied!!!

Beware, the seeds of WhOA are everywhere!!! :smiling_imp:

Would that be a whistle version of the MAS (=Mandolin Acquisting Syndrome)???

Yup, stands for Whistle Obsessive Aquisition disorder. Dale first diagnosed it in himself a few years ago. Built this web community for help and wound up infecting the ones he was leaning on for support.

It is hopless to resist.

FunkyB, say it correctly: resistance is futile!

Flutile? But I thought this was the whistle forum???
