Pretty clearly, Chrome tanned leather. Also clearly, unskilled at understanding English.
Geoffrey is a maker from Pakistan. They are not known for great English translations. “Chrome” is probably refering to chrome tanned, rather than plating. Chrome tanned means the skin side was painted with a coating which makes the leather much less porous. That is the only use I know of combining chrome with leather. These poor translations are a continuous source of humorous descriptions.
