What do you think about changing the name of Chiff & Fipple to:

Chiff & Fipple: Whistle-Related Program Activities

?

Dale

grumbles like Donald Duck but decides not to respond to the issue being raised

Here’s 16 words for you.

The next person who posts a political thread should be beaten to death with a recorder.

Hm. Sounds like you get it.

I am WAY too conservative to suggest CHANGE!!!

Seems you have already made up your mind about NOT changing the name. Did I get it too?

How about:

Chiff & Fipple: Whistle-Related Program Activities, and Sundry

I propose Snort and Suckle.

I say Whiff & Sniffle: Odiferous-Whistle Restoration / Disposal Activities

Why change when you can simply not? At least … at least … that’s what I was told.

chap my nipple?

If it aint broke don’t fix it!

Nice to see Ashcroft’s picture on C&F. I grew up seeing his picture… seemed like every Sunday… in the news section of the Evangel. It was so rare to see an Assemblies of God member successful in political office. It is good to see that societal prejudice against holy rollers has lessened. His father used to be the Bible teacher every summer, at the Oklahoma camp meeting.

NO!!! No more changes, please! My wife just moved everything in the kitchen cabinets and I can’t find anything! AARGH!!!
Mike

Far too ephemeral. Chiff and Fipple will still be around long after the neocon nightmare has been forgotten.

Phew…that’s a relief. For a moment I thought I was going to be extinct before my Goldie Overton arrived…

I’m with you! We moved to a new house last August and I still can’t find anything!

A friend once told me a story about a blind professor of his. He would begin each lecture by placing a can of soda on a counter top. Half an hour or so into the lecture, he would open the soda and begin drinking it. Well, one morning he put a can of beer on the counter. Halfway through the lecture, he popped it open and took a sip, after which he said, “It appears as though my wife has rearranged the refrigerator.”

That was hilarious. I sent it to a blind friend of mine and he’s probably rolling on the floor about now!

:sunglasses: Or if it ain’t Fixed don’t broke’d it :sunglasses:
