I’ve never been able to get it to work.
Do you have an older computer? On my old one, it didn’t seem to work, but it actually just took a long time. After about 3 minutes it would put me through to chat.
I think you will need to have the proper Java plugins installed on your browser, but I’m not sure.
Maybe that’s it, thanks. I have Java dis-enabled.
