I have a fully keyed ebony chanter for sale, with turnings in holly and having a brass head piece. It is made by McLaren in Australia, who makes various pipes. There is nothing wrong with the chanter and it is in perfect condition and playing well. I have no urgency to sell it but am ordering a new set from Rogge and as I have a set by Adrian Jefferies already, I don’t really need this chanter as well.
I could upgrade the set to a practice set with bag & bellows by the maker if somebody wished it. Being in Australia and having the exchange rate that we do, this chanter or practice set would be very cheap for anybody overseas (and is very reasonable for locals also). I want ~$850 Australian for this chanter and can find out a price on bag & bellows if approached on it. The chanter really is in perfect condition and plays very easily…great for a beginner I feel.
