Big Tom a tax cheat! Say it ain’t so!
Big Tom was more of a chancer than a tax cheat. And while we’re at it, can anyone tell me why his band was called “The Mainliners”. I actually thought that arsenic should have been their drug of choice. Those dead trees on the north end of Parnell Square were killed by the noise pollution coming out of the National Ballroom.
