I tried. Only found lyrics and a couple of marching band scores. 
If you search Blues Brothers sites, there might be a few with clips Cab Calloway singing it in the movie. You can also probably get a 30-sec clip of it at Amazon or CDUniverse.

we patterned our version off of the “Juggernaut Jug Band” from Louisville, KY. (I play it in Em). In between the verses (after the call back part) I interspers short dulcimer riffs - “Ghost Riders in the Sky”, “Wild Thing”, Innagaddavida", and “Stairway to Heaven”.
This is a great song to do for “audience participation”.
