Was looking at the Burke whistles, and I’ve heard a lot of good about them, but haven’t found any sound clips as far as what the difference in tone being from aluminum, brass, or composite. If anyone could help me out with that, or give any opinions on the differences between the tones, I’d greatly appreciate it.

although there’s no composite, only brass and aluminum. I think Burke whistles are very pure sounding whistles. I myself own a Burke Narrow bore brass D, of which I’m very fond and it gets most of the playingtime.
I’m now looking for soundsamples of Bb composite, but cannot find any on the net.
