BURKE whistle, need help

Hi, me again, it’ll be a Burke Al-Pro or a EZ for me. LowD.
Can anyone help me decide which? The dimensions of my Dixon lowD suit me just fine, no problem with the stretch, hole size just right…any help is appreciated..
thanks, Amar

Well, if you like the Dixon, then you definitely don’t want the Pro - it’s quite a stretch compared to the Dixon. Hell, even the EZ is a stretch compared with the Dixon…better go for the EZ, take it from someone who has played, and measured, all of the whistles in question.

I agree with Loren. He has helped all of us with his knowlege concerning finger spread/hole size with low D whistles…However, if you play with a piper grip, the standard Pro will be no problem. My standard AlPro low D gives me no hassle with piper grip, and my hands are standard issue.
Best.

Hi Byll, hi Loren, thanks for your responces. The thing is, I do use the pipers’ grip, but only with my lower, right hand, with my left hand I can manage using the standard grip, although, my left wrist does start aching a bit after a while..
