I’ve been asked to post a video of my Bryan Byrne Rudall.
Here’s one I’ve just recorded. These are lovely flutes
but also demanding. There is a lined head and the flute,
played well, has power and projection. It has been said
that these are acoustically among the most faithful copies
of 19th century Rudalls. I can’t compare but I suspect
it’s true.

I like the way your tone keeps going even after you remove the flute from your lips.
Yeah, it takes an amazing embouchure to hit a moving target like that and still get that kind of tone!
