I have a very special set of pipes for sale.Built for me by Bruce Childress in 1994.It is a full concert D set in african blackwood (including the main stock.) It has a three key chanter marked B C Childress 1994.The ferrels and keys are gold plated and the mounts are ivory.The regulator keys were up graded to the new style in 2008.The set is in as new condition and is perhaps the finest set ever produced by Bruce.The pipe set was built with no regard to cost or time.Comes with the Bruce Childress life time warrenty.This set is absolutly beautiful.

Iam in the process of getting photos and should post them soon.I am 63 years old and my hearing has been failing for a number of years.I know there are some excellent blind pipers in the world but I have never heard of a deaf one.Joe
I am 62 years of age wi bad hearing …so ..I wear hearing aids when I want to listen to folk(which isnae often).
I know of a few pipers who are deaf or have trouble hearing and they manage.
Stop being ageist and hearist 
If ye want to sell yoer set that is entirely up to yersel and ye don’t need to give anyone a reason .
A photo or two of the set would be helpful unless ye have trouble wi yer memory as well…

I agree with Uilliam. I’m having hearing problems too,
plus I am older that both of you, for what that’s worth.
I do go to local sessions and enjoy “some” if it.
But have come to the conclusion I don’t need an audience
before me to enjoy my pipes and piping. I love the pipes
I love the challenge. I am who I am. keep the pipes and enjoy
them… Ed

I’ve been piping for about two years with a Paki stock n drones with a Boisvert chanter. Suffice it to say that I’ve outgrown it. Now I’m just looking around to see what’s out there.
How much $$$? Can you post pics?
