I had the pleasure of seeing Brian Finnegan and Bill Coulter in San Pedro California a couple of weeks ago. We don’t get enough whistle concerts down in the L.A. area, for some reason. It was a pretty small establishment, and very intimate concert. It was really inspiring to see such great players–I hope they can play a bigger venue next time in SoCal! I think their current tour may have just ended, but if not, catch them if you can! If any C&F’ers got to see Flook, I’m envious–they must have been a thrill…
And more great pro whistlers (and wooden flutists)/Celtic guitarists–come to L.A., please!
