I have it on excellent authority that a world famous whistle manufacturer is about to launch a new model.
It has a girl’s name, will be a variation on a current theme, an interesting colour, about half the price of existing models in their line and available in a few weeks time.
Shanna Quay will certainly have some in stock.
Watch this space for more breaking news.

If yer gonna spill the beans just do it without making people suffer. Don’t we have enough waiting in our lives, what with WHOA and all, without having more heaped upon us??
It must be a new whistle from the Cork Whistles Ltd company or is it Limerick Whistles or was it Waterford Whistles or could it be Tipperary Whistles Ltd. Something like that. Oh well, we will have to be patient for another month to see what whistles you are promoting for your shop.
Could be the new Kerry Whistle Ltd (phil’s company) whistle.
He posted a while back asking what we are looking for in a whistle and asked for people to ‘test drive’ the new whistle.
Ah ,that must be the legendary Copeland “Madonna” in Bulgarian Pink, with the face of the artist engraved around each fingerhole (the mouth) instead of the Clarke diamonds!
Edit: I accidentally turned the whistlemaker into a bad movie featuring Sylvester Stallone. Can’t let that happend.

Ok, the famous whistle maker is Generation, and the girl’s name is Mildred.

Hmm, my first thought was that it would be new Clarke given the rumours that they were working on new products (as discussed in previous threads) but I can’t see how they could produce it at “half the price of existing models.”
I am thinking that this new whistle must be coming from a a high-end whistle maker as they are the only ones who could really move to a substantially lower price-point. My guess is that it is Copeland - oh please, oh please let it be Copeland!
(edited to fix a typo and not to change my guess)
