Putting it on here as the UIE doesn’t really give enough time anymore for the casual viewer, if in the wrong place please advise & I’ll pull it off? I have a B&C P-P’d “F” flute which has lost its foot joint. Does anyone know the whereabouts of this part, perhaps in the spares box? As it is only down to D# I need I’ve toyed with the idea of making a small joint for the x1 D# key but then would still need the correct key to look the part, so maybe there’s a key about. Your price paid or trade what might assist you? Apologies again for using the main board.
I reckon you’ve used exactly the right place Neil. 
I haven’t got one (honest). But this sort of query kind of needs a bit of discussion, I would think, to get you on the right track. Maybe someone will know someone else who might have something appropriate. So, the main board’s the place, I think. Best of luck with the hunt, and I hope someone can help.
Thanks Ben, positive text… all it need s is that those who restore or collect have a looksee I know I have a lot of spares that someday will be called for but sadly not for this flute.
Maybe a photo of the parts you do have would help…

The gist is that you need a website to host the images - I use photobucket. Then you just click on the button that allows you to ‘share’ the image, and choose the one which gives you the right format of code to be posted to a forum. Paste that here and Bob is your proverbial uncle. 
Or, in this case, “Ben’s your uncle!”

At least it has a crown top…The important part of the photo, the foot joint is AWOL surely all of these Boosey & Co flutes follow the same pattern or…the band flutes do.
Thanks again Pat…better Jem? The foot joint is one I have spare, not sure what it is off the large band reminded me of Rudall Carte but not the key cups? So if anyone can assist it’ll bring this nice looking flute back to life.

Now that’s pathetic. 
That’s a concert flute (D flute) foot joint, no? I’d lay good odds with that asymmetrical Eb touch and the general style of the keys that those are Liddle keys.
As for the photo comment, it wasn’t a pathetic pun as it was clearly nicely (too?) subtle. “Uncle” Ben should have his ears boxed, not his rice.
Put the foot joint in only to highlight the absence of the one needed…So if this is from Liddle any chance someone has my type from Aldi?
