Could anyone shed some light on the advantages or disadvantages of sewn vs. nailed type bellows.

Both sewn and or nailed bellows have the distinct disadvantage of introducing dozens of holes into the skin thereby increasing the potential for leaks.Glued is, by far, more efficient.
