does anybody know some informations about those reels?
i learnt beach groove from dawy mcguire, flute player from belfast.i couldn’t find any informations about this reel.it is lovely reel from D.
pipers broken finger was recorded on marcus o’murchu album. also, i couldn’t find any information about it.does maybe someone have dots for pipers broken finger reel?
both tunes are with north ireland background( belfast area), i supose.

Perhaps you meant “The Beech Groves”? I can only find refernces to this as an air, not a reel. Check O’Neill’s 1850 to see if it is the tune you are thinking of. The Piper’s Broken Finger mostly brings up references to the album of that name by the Boys of the Lough, and not the reel itself. Get the album and see if this has the tune you want.
