Backing off on whistle making

Hi gang…
For the forseeable future, I’m going to be restricting orders that I take on whistles. I’m working in an ER as both a Nurse Practitioner and RN, as well as teaching four Courses at Sonoma State University and one at Solano Community college (nursing, not whistlemaking… heh heh). My plate is too full to be able to promise customers timely delivery of whistles. You’re still welcome to order, but delivery may be sporadic and I don’t want to make anyone unhappy. If you’re willing to wait, by all means I will try to accomodate you, but I don’t think my whistles justify the kind of wait that it is now entailing.

As always, I will lurk and relish the company of all of you…
Dave

Best of Luck , Dave !! It does , indeed , sound like you have a “full plate”.

Have a Great Day and Fun Whistling !!

Sheesh! Not ANOTHER whistlemaking nurse! :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey Dave (and other nusing luthiers) best wishes for the good fight. Give Arnie a poke with your sharpest low d from me:)

Nursing has to be one of the most valuable things a person can undertake - I tried being an orderly once - a few days was all I could stand, My sister is a nurse educator and her husband is head of a nursing union here. Civillisation couldn’t work without the dedication of such people as yourselves.

Best of luck Dave. I’m glad I already have Parkhursts and as I’ve said before they are relegated to the “never sell” section of my collection.
