Charlene and I just got back from the wedding of Bree, daughter of Glenn Schultz, to Andrew Guirey. A splendid time was had by all.
The ceremony was held in a beautiful park, with gazebo and all. Music provided by Glenn’s hammer dulcimer playing friend. The bride wore a beautiful, simple white gown, and bare feet-- leave it to a podiatrist to notice that…
The reception several hours later was held in a former Masonic Temple, guarded by two large stone lions. The crowd was sizeable and very friendly. Char and I sat with one of Glenn’s sons and his wife and daughter, plus another friend. Great people all.
Glenn was at the top of his form, dressed in a tux and a huge smile for his daughter. All in all, a wonderful occasion, and we were honored and pleased to be there.
