AWOL

Hi oldtimers, I’ve been off persuing other interests lately, thought I’d give you an update.

Whistle highlights of 2004/2005: August: Rocky Mountain Fiddle Camp - studied with the delightful Grey Larsen. March: Played a free gig at the local quilt shop for St. Paddy’s Day. Last Saturday: invited to sit in with local irish band Kilkenny Road at a restaurant gig.

Hmm pretty thin there. Gotten distracted by painting watercolors, computer games and sick relatives, but I’m still around.

Glad you are, Nancy!

Nancy! How have you been?

Whistle highlight of 2004: Participated in Chiffy Christmas 2004.

Mountain Dulcimer highlights: See www.dulcitunes.com (while you’re there, hear Nic Hambas play “Carolan’s Draught”)

New instrument: The fiddle. :boggle: (Hear it on my version of “The Arran Boat” on Dulcitunes.)

So you got to sit in with John and the boys? Wow!

If we’re ever in Bartlesville, we’ll give you a ring. Hopefully, we won’t be on the wrong end of a tornado chase like we were last time! :astonished:

Anyway, see ya later!

Slan,
Jim

Mountain Dulcimer Jim?? That has been one of my distractions. I’ll pm you. N

FancyN? After all these months? Nancy that.

Good to hear from you again.

Best,

Philo

Sure… it’s been the distraction of lotsa us Oklahoma/Arkansas C&Fers.

I’ve missed you, too, Nancy!! You should drop by chiffy chat more often if possible!

Hey Nancy!

I was just thinking about you yesterday, wondering where you were!

My wife and I may be travelling out that way at the end of this Summer…

It’s good to hear from you!

Aldon

Limu, I moved 75 miles from your inlaws, but still let me know when you are coming - I come over there fairly often and there are neat things to do in my new town too.

Nancy

I’ll be sure and let you know when we’re headed out that way!

I had

a feeling it was going to end up

as a quadruple post.

Oh well…
