Anyone want to try Doug Tipple's Irish flute in low D

Hi all,
I won this flute off eBay and My hands are too small to play it. I have small (woman’s) hands and thin fingers. I paid $25 for this flute. I will trade for almost anything I can actually play. It doesn’t even have to be of equal value. I’ll consider any cheap or mid priced whistle not in my collection. For example: Dixon, Oak, Clare 2 piece, or any Generation other than the key of D or C (no duds please). Also any flute or fife in any key other than A or G. If interested please email me.

There is one for sale now on eBay with a picture:

Hi Jenny, you don’t have your email listed so we can’t email you.

I have a Clare 2 piece I want to trade for a Doolin 2 piece. I can’t play flute but if neither of us get any takers (say in a week’s time?) I will trade with you. My clare is brand new from the whistle shop, it just has more chiff than I like.

Jenny, have you tried playing it any? If so, what are your impressions of it? I’d be interested in knowing what the tone was like, and how much wind it takes. I might be interested in trading also.

Hey,
Sorry about the email guys. I fixed it.

Thanks Avanutria, sounds like a plan, if there are no takers.

Scott,
I really wish I could play this flute because I, being pretty much a beginner, find it very easy to get a note out of it. And I like the way it sounds too. Of course, I can only cover the first three holes.

Jenny

I’ve had three offers so far. If I don’t get any more by late morning tomorrow I’ll accept one of those…

 Jenny

Trade completed! Thanks to all.
