Has anyone here seen the anime Boggiepop Phantom? It’s kinda out there but in a good way. It seems to me that it has a more general point that it tries to make, as oppossed to a specific one. They seem to emphasize the foolishness of regret, living in the past, that sort of thing. I was wondering what others thoughts were about this anime if they’ve seen it.
If you mean the movie with James Garner and Joanne Woodward called “Breathing Lessons” based on the book by Anne Tyler then yes I’ve seen it. Good book too.
So does it mean that the Phantom Menace isn’t at all the same either? Although, if the phantom you’re talking about IS a menace, we could call it the Boggiepop Phantom Menace, right?
