Anyone know Merbeth whistles?

I’m seriously thinking of ordering a Peter Merbeth ebony low D - however, I can’t get any info on his whistles. Does anyone have honest feedback? He makes good ebony flutes, but not all flute makers make good whistles, it’s a subtle art. Help?

This info I have already (thanks all the same) - I’m trying to find someone who’s seen the whistles or knows something about them (like all whistle makers, Peter rarely replies to mails!) He’s a Breton btw (I think).
