Anyone know of any celtic musicians in Ocala, Florida? I know there is a session in Gainesville, and one in Orlando, but they are both a little ways from Ocala. I figure there has got to be a fiddler or two who just plays in their house that i can find.

You live in Ocala Anton? I live a good ways south of you on hwy 27 (about 15 miles south of Cleremont), but I am always looking for folks to jam with…kinda sparse around the orange grove desert in live within. ![]()
I’m whistling down here in Fort Lauderdale. Wish we were closer. There isn’t much of a Celtic scene down here!

Piper Eammon Dillon used to live in Ft. Lauderdale, but has long since moved back to Eire. He used to perform at Maguires Hill 16.
I am in Tallahassee at the moment, but may be moving to Ocala sometime in the near future.
Its tough living in a state with a smaller celtic music scene.

Yeah. People down here just say to me: “Hey! That sure is a funny looking snorkle!”
I know what you mean, it is pretty sparse in my neck of the woods. But Gainesville has a pretty sizeable ITM community, and I highly recommend checking in to it when and if you move to Ocala.
