Anyone heard of Elton whistles?

Anyone have any idea what these are like?

G’day Scott,

I don’t know this brand (I’m in Australia, BTW) but it looks like what came from some of the American manufacturers of Fifes sold on the side as an introduction instrument. I can remember seeing some ads … and whistle books aimed at early training of potential fifers.
