There is a bit of a devious reason for asking. A friend of mine is going, taking some whistle classes. Her name is LuAnne. If anyone through some odd twist of fate happens to meet her, tell her Mark Vanek says “Hi” :slight_smile: I think she’s taking one of my homebrew whistles with her. Wish I could have made it but at least one of my whistles will.

I’m planning on being at the Festival. If I see LuAnn I’ll say Hi!

As it turns out I live in Clarinda, Iowa; two hour west of Lincoln on Hwy 2. August is already shot for me but if you are interested I think it would be fun to get some people together. Setpember or October could be workable. I’m not opposed to driving to the “Big City.”
