Have a chat with Michael Grinter (03 5472 3990), one of the world’s best wooden whistle makers. He may know who’s where in Oz though he lives way beyond wup wup himself. And if you’ve got the cash buy one of his whistles - you won’t be sorry!

I did a quick check of the memberlist where about half the folks list something about where they are from. I found:
A Dozen Aussies:
- 2 from Canberra
- 2 from Lithgow, NSW
- 2 from Melborne
- 1 from NSW
- 2 from South Australia
- 1 from Tasmania
- 1 from Toowoomba, Australia
- 1 from Wagga Wagga
