I don’t believe that you can reject or accept bids while the auction is in progress. I did not set a reserve so once someone bids above $25 the bid is accepted until someone else bids higher. I assume the person who bid tried to bid lower than $25 first and then had to raise his/her bid because it wasn’t accepted. If that’s not the reason then I’m not sure why.
