Another Question for the Birders

What is this? I found it dead yesterday.

Wow, so sad.

Blue Bunting?

Indigo bunting… song: what what? which which? where where?

If I hear one Parrot joke…

Slan,
D.

It’s a bird.

Ron

Gee, I thought it was surely a zebra. Silly me!

:stuck_out_tongue:

Are you sure he’s dead? Looks to me like he’s pining.

(Sorry, D. Someone had to.)

Yes. It had no eyes.

We have those here. Very pretty birds.

Oh no they didn’t. You heartless monster. Sniff, sob

What a shame. Lovely coloured bird, cran.

Beautiful plumage… Doh! Sorry, Dubh.

Hey Cran.

That was the bluebird of happiness, that was.

Nooo. Too cruel! Don’t listen, cran! :astonished:

What better thing for the Bluebird of Happiness than to join the Chior Invisibule?

I’m not sure Cran would appreciate the Monty Python references, as he says he doesn’t watch tv or movies. I, on the other hand, believe the only reason this bird remained on its perch for so long was that it had been nailed there.

djm

And to this delicious mix of Python references, let’s add a dollop of sixties stoner music reference to increase the overall heavyosity.

Aw…

Dubh, if you hadn’t forbidden it, none of this would’ve happened. :tomato:

Unbeknowst to historians, the Bluebird of Happiness
had a rather less successful younger brother.

The Bluebird of General Malaise

For the benefit of Cranberry, who is unbeknowing of it, here is
The Dead Parrot Sketch!

And it’s probably only MY Bluebird of Happiness, Cranberry.
Yours is probably still singing away somewhere.
