Adding pictures to our profiles

I was thinking the other day why we don’t have a picture of ourselves on our profiles. I’ve always wanted to put a face with a name when I read these posts. Plus it would also help us if we were trying to meet up with fellow chiff and fipplers at a irish festival or something. I thought it would be cool but I may be alone on this one.

Is this something that could be done or is it impossible. But I don’t see why it would be because I’ve seen pictures of weekender and vaporlock on the messageboard so I don’t see why we couldn’t put a spot for pictures on our profiles as well.

And it might give us some indication of what our competition looks like for our Chiff and Fipple Mortal Combat Deathmatch:)

Anyways I think it’s a cool idea

Jack Murphy

I think that’s a great idea, Jack.

Wow, that is one great-looking picture. I especially like the pig tails. I can’t wait to tell my 8 year old boy that a picture of his face is on the internet! Wait, here comes my daughter…

Gee, I wonder why my spouse asked “what sort of people I’m consorting with on that there Board?”

Philo

This is this; nothing else, just this…

I nearly cracked up looking at uglymush, so funny.

Not on your life, sonny!

At least three too many people here already know what I look like, and three frightened people are already too many.

I used to have a cartoon of me that had been drawn by a caricaturist. I ought to get a scan of it, and post it online.

Another C&Fer already posted my picture on this forum before. Once is enough. There’s too much heartache and trauma in the world.

I believe clicking on the weblink at the bottom of my post will take you to my central links page, where there is a picture of me and links to a page of more “me” pictures.

Well, it looks exactly like me, only I have had a third arm retro-fitted a while back. It’s great for whistling & driving.

I love everybody, even the Pywacket back east in Dayton.

What gets me is how Gary knew I only appear in black & white. The colour license is so expensive in the UK…

Actually, if you imagine a better looking Mel Gibson…I even do my own butt stunts.

Now for a song featuring a whistle in the chorus:

Cheer up, Brian. You know what they say.
Some things in life are bad,
They can really make you mad.
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you’re chewing on life’s gristle,
Don’t grumble, give a whistle!
And this’ll help things turn out for the best…
And…

(the music fades into the song)
…always look on the bright side of life!

(whistle)
Always look on the bright side of life…
If life seems jolly rotten,
There’s something you’ve forgotten!
And that’s to laugh and smile and dance and sing,
When you’re feeling in the dumps,
Don’t be silly chumps,
Just purse your lips and whistle – that’s the thing!
And… always look on the bright side of life…

(whistle)
Come on!

(other start to join in)
Always look on the bright side of life…

(whistle)
For life is quite absurd,
And death’s the final word.
You must always face the curtain with a bow!
Forget about your sin – give the audience a grin,
Enjoy it – it’s the last chance anyhow!

So always look on the bright side of death!
Just before you draw your terminal breath.
Life’s a piece of sh#t,
When you look at it.
Life’s a laugh and death’s a joke, it’s true,
You’ll see it’s all a show,
Keep 'em laughing as you go.
Just remember that the last laugh is on you!

And always look on the bright side of life…

(whistle)
Always look on the bright side of life
