Please tell me differences between practice set and full set! I know full set can play more then one sound at time. There is one difference?
And there are differences in sounds of practice set and fullset???
Please tell about maker from Boston(USA)! Are his practice sets well-done?
I want to get sound like Enya has.(in Smaointe). Where I can get it?(buy a set of pipes).

The track you refer to was played by shudder Davy Spillane, and was not played on a traditional concert set of pipes. That was a “C” set, and is part of why they sound so mellow. Any pipe pitched below D is considered a “flat” set, and this is a good example of the tonal softness of such sets. The only downside being, that flat sets are much harder to play with others as the vast majority of sessions and Irish tunes are played in D - not C. That FAQ thread will help much however.
My O My! You people already play such an effeminate set of pipes why would you want to complete the castration in favor of a MORE mellow sound? We’re loosing to the accordions boys.
But that’s what GHBs are for.
Loosing? I doubt that very much. While those with box inclinations squeeze away, and drown out everyone else, we can quietly sit back, unstrap for a while and enjoy our pints. I’d hardly call that loosing.

Hey, it’s a battle for the hearts and minds and I see too much unstrapping and giving ground to the instrument which in my opinion is homogenizing the world’s cultural music much more insidiously than Enya or any of her world music cohorts. Step it up boys and get out there and take control.
Uh, not sure what part of that reply was so humourous to you Bloomie. The statement is accurate. The set played was a flat pitched C set and not concert D. 
The notion that a concert-pitch set is traditional and a flat set is not is what makes this so ridiculous.
