A thread not by Dale, Bloomfield or Steve

I need to jump on the bandwagon somehow but at least I have some content.

I rode my bike to work today for the first time. It’s 22.8 miles round trip. It was liberating.

I also tried Steve’s tuning method on the harmonica for fiddle tunes. I only tuned the third blow hole up a full step. It works wonderfully but I still like to have some with the 5 draw up 1/2 step for 2nd position. I may try to go exclusively to the first method to avoid having so many harmonicas to cart around.

I may be selling my hammered dulcimer. Stay tuned.

But you left out Eldarion…

I want it. I will give you $1.02!

Eldarion posts so rarely over here anyway, I find that most non-Chiffy chatters don’t know who he is. :stuck_out_tongue:

P.S. We posted at the same time. We do that a lot. I think we’re twins.

Um… don’t you post at the same time as just about everyone who posts to the Poststructural Pub?

And this is why I love you.

I just had a vision of Bloomfield beating you away with a large feather duster. Now if only I can set it to music… :stuck_out_tongue:

perhaps a Flamingo?

Congratulations on the bike ride! I remember you talking about starting out biking and it being hard,
or you were sore, or something. So it sounds like it’s going well. Good work!!! Those mountains in Michigan sure are pretty!

Yes, our mountains are some of the lovliest. I’m not sore anymore. I’ve gotten used to riding in the past couple months. Rode to work again today. This may become a habit.
