Hi all-
This is NOT ‘what is the menaing of life?’, but could be…
So people quote people here, and it shows up not as “quote”, but as “billy-bob-joe-johnson-etc. said:”
How dae ya do tha?
People post URLs not by saying “www.mykick*sswebsitethatrelatestothistopic.org.com.gov.ie” but by saying “click here”, and ya do, and ya go there.
How dae ya do tha?
Thanks,

You mean that?

Like they have a WORD or something in color and when you click it you go there?
Realized I posted this somewhere else before, and never got emailed confirmed replys!! I know now!!!
Thanks though, thats exactly what I meant!!!
The “quote”:
Option 1: Use the “quote” button to the right to import your quote into your post. Click instead of clicking “reply.”
Option 2: The By-Hand Method (type as follows)
The “URL”:
Type as follows:
WORD=type actual url here
I think that’s it. We’ll see.
Let’s try a url . . . WORD=www.iom.edu
Drat.
I can never remember that one.
I bet there are instructions down in the test forum.
Yes! There are!
(http://www.iom.edu )]Institute of Medicine
Which in real life would look like this . . .
Institute of Medicine
You’re very welcome. It cheered me to come here tonight and find so many opportunities to be of service! I am very happy to have been able to assist you.

ah, ya’ve corrupted another one, eh!
I was going to show him how to do pictures, too, but I see he’s already got that figured out.
I learned pictures many moons ago, just never figured how to do the quote thingy or the url thingy. I feel so enlightened!

Boy, do I miss my Mary Poppins doll. I got it for Christmas when I was about 7 or 8. Came with the 'brelly and all. Beat all the Barbies, etc, hands down, for imagination, and fun!
