Perhaps I am over-sensitive, in that I am at present attempting to sell a piece of my studio gear on three web sites, and the only response I have had in many weeks, is a scammer…

Bad enough the fool is trying to scam you, but really low to pretend to be a US service member. I would think that would be a crime as well as the fraud, and the idea that $25 million dollars found in Bhagdad would not be considered Iraqi property seems a stretch too. Unfortunately, some people will prove trusting enough so that such wicked plans pay off for the scammers. May they find enlightenment.
