Sorry about that. I’m new to ebay and am getting used to entering items, still. The “U.S. Only” option was carried over from another item I’m listing, a fragile lantern that I don’t want to be responsible for shipping overseas. The whistles, on the other hand, are another matter. If no one has bid on the items, then I think that I can change this option. I mean nothing against non-residents of the U.S. In fact, I sold an older set of uilleann pipes recently to someone in Japan. All of these sales, mind you, are to make way for a new 3/4 set of pipes pitched in B from Koehler + Quinn, i.e. the Copelands, Burkes, Sindts of the uilleann pipe making craft. The set of pipes arrives in about a week to ten days, and I’m making some last minute sacrifices, including these whistles, the aforementioned pipes, a Cook low whistle (already sold), and a Lachenal 20 button anglo concertina (on consignment with Paul Groff). Now…to change that ebay shipping option…
If the bidder and seller agree, there’s nothing to prevent shipping outside the US. You have to agree on the shipping costs, and that’s all there is to it.
