Does anyone know the name of the Highland Bagpipe tune that was written to honor the 9/11 fallen and perhaps were I can find the dots for it? I am trying to locate the piece.

Could it be :Smith is gallant fireman (not sure if I spell the name rigth), but found from O’Flynn’s “Given note” cd ,
