I havent been on ebay for a while so I was surprised to see 6 chanter reeds for £11.65 made from 2nd cane?? and made to play at high pitch??
Maybe means something altogether nicer in Urdu

The reeds don’t even look scraped. I like how the seller hopes the reeds will work - er, rather, give a high-pitched sound.

Based on how they look, maybe they mean the reeds are meant to squeak uncontrollably when you start playing them.
