4 Old Metal Flutes . . .Who Got 'em?

3 old generations and a clone. Who just beat me to them?

That was me. Sorry to butt in front of you like that. I guess whistles just make me lose control.
I just got lucky and stumbled on them, since the word whistle isn’t anywhere in the description.

So is the green one a generation as well? The C whistle looks just like one my daughter got as a gift from our host (a musician) in Ireland and it is a sweet one.
bye
Bill

The green-fippled one MAY be a Generation “Folk” model (same as the other high Ds but different colored as a marketing ploy. It could also be an older Walton or Soodlum whistle, but the fipple looks too green for a Clare.

The tin whistle, from what I can see, looks like one of the cheapie tourist whistles you see sold at gift shops in or near National Parks and hstorical sites. The pics aren’t that good.

Not really a bargain for those four used whistles, but hey, it’ll satisfy the WhOA for a few hours.

Nothing salves a weary soul like a cheap whistle.
