I am new in tin whistle. I had problem to to control my 2nd octave. Most the time, I tried the 2nd octave tune but it came out lower. I believe that I use worng technique to blow higher tune. I appreciate that anyone can give me advice to blow the 2nd octave tune. Thanks.
Blow harder. Don’t be shy. Attack the note with a bit more effort and watch the cats scramble for escape!
