Right you are–all events will be at the community center this time around, starting with the Friday night party. I recommend the Fairfield Inn in Mission Viejo (which reminds me I need to book a room).
To recap, the 2013 SoCal Tionól is the weekend of November 15-17, with Eamonn Dillon, Pat D’Arcy and David Quinn as our honored faculty and guests. Registration is $100.00 (includes the the Saturday evening concert); those flying in get a $25 discount. Events will include a tribute Seamus Heaney on Sunday.

Just a quick bump for the SoCal Tionól. Also, here is the address and directions for the venue:
30201 Outpost Road, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. From I-5, take the Junipero Serra exit (one south of Avery). Turn left at the bottom of the ramp, then turn left on Rancho Viejo Rd. Go a couple of block and turn right on Mission Hills Dr.; drive up the hill to Outpost Road.
