Well, it’s that time again. The registration form is up for the Augusta Irish week, and I guess I’ll ramrod the group discount again this year. According to the Augusta website, the following rules apply:
· Groups of 4 to 6 - $50 off per person.
· Groups of 7 or more - $70 off per person.
· Group discounts are ONLY applied toward tuition balances after deposits are paid.
· Each qualified registrant must list a group name on their registration form.
· The group MUST register at the same time for the same week.
· Only full-time students may be considered as part of a group for discount purposes.
· Chaperones and guests are not considered full-time students.
· Scholarship recipients and Folk Arts for Kids classes are not subject to further discounts, however, they may be counted toward the total number in a group.
Please PM me if you’re interested in getting in the group, and include your email address in your PM so that I can set up a distribution list for communicating with everybody and scheduling the registrations.
Number of people currently in the group = 6
Disclaimer: I’m not affiliated with the Augusta Heritage folks. I just hate to pay full price for anything.
I think that means that you can’t get the discount if you go as a chaperone for a child or if you just sign up for a mini class. No, we haven’t done it yet. We’re shooting for Monday, the 10th. Shoot me an email if you want to be in the group.
If you’re planning on going to Augusta this year, and want to get in on this discount, then please PM me ASAP for the group name. In order to get the discount, you have to register on the same day as everyone else in the group with the group name included in the registration form. I THINK that I’ve got enough for the $70 discount. If not, then we’re only one away, since I’m showing six definites and three possibles. If you miss this one, and want to get a discount, then you’ll have to start your own group and scare up enough other people to qualify.
